Key Responsibilities

· Assist Senior Carpenters - Support the team by preparing tools, materials, and workspaces for daily tasks.

· Learn and Apply Skills - Develop knowledge of carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wood and other building materials.

· Use Hand and Power Tools - Safely operate saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment under supervision.

· Perform Basic Tasks - Handle duties such as measuring timber, cutting pieces to size, nailing, and keeping the site clean and tidy.

· A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates independence, and has solid problem-solving skills.
