About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter to join the Navybox Constructions team.

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople on a range of residential and light commercial projects, learning every part of the carpentry trade — from framing and fix-outs to decking and finishing work.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting tradesmen with framing, cladding, decking, and fit-out work
  • Using and maintaining hand and power tools safely
  • Reading plans and following instructions accurately
  • Keeping the worksite clean and safe
  • Attending TAFE and completing all required coursework

What We're Looking For
  • Genuine interest in becoming a qualified carpenter
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Good attitude and strong work ethic
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
