About the Program:

We are thrilled to introduce an innovative 12-month pilot program, crafted by First Nations people for First Nations people, aimed at nurturing growth and creating meaningful opportunities for mob within the Finance sector . This program is tailored to provide First Nations talent with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience across various teams, allowing you to explore your interests in a culturally safe and supportive environment. You'll have the opportunity to work and learn from a number of teams within Finance allowing you to discover where your strengths truly shine. You won't be navigating this journey alone; you'll be part of a Sydney based cohort of peers who are walking the same path.

Rotational Experience : Explore your interests and boost your skills over the 12 month program, with rotations across three different teams . Find where you shine and shape your future.

Exposure to Opportunities : From finance to analytics, learning coordination, project management and more - gain a broad skill set to launch a thriving career , all in a well-supported setting.
