At abrs, we're committed to connecting passionate professionals like yourself with opportunities that truly make a difference. We're partnering with not-for-profit and Registered service providers across the NDIS and disability services sector to offer roles that align with your experience and values.

As part of the eagerly anticipated reforms to the NDIS and broader disability support system, the Disability Navigator program and specialised roles will be introduced to provide independent, person-centred guidance to people with disability, their families, and carers.

We are seeking expressions of interest from sector professionals to help drive our mission and join a new, transformative initiative in the disability sector 

We welcome disability sector professionals who have:

  • Demonstrate experience in Local Area Coordinators, Support Coordinators or Recovery Coaches roles, within disability or community services.
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS ecosystem (NDIA offices, support coordination providers, allied health professionals, community groups).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse communities, including First Nations peoples and LGBTQIA+

We strongly encourage Expressions of Interest from individuals who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, as well as those with lived experience or cultural understanding of the communities we support.

  • You must be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and NDIS Check.
