Finance Controller - FMCG Related Business
Lead Financial Control, whilst managing an established team and drive performance.
Our client, a growing and successful FMCG related business is seeking a Finance Controller to take ownership of all financial control, governance, and performance for a fast-paced multisite business. This role is central to ensuring financial integrity while delivering commercial insight and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial reporting, ensuring internal controls, risk, and balance sheet integrity.
- Responsibility for all budgeting & forecasting & cash flow analysis.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and the team including AP, AR, payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and point of contact with the auditors.
- Partner with senior leadership and the Group CFO to support strategy, & commercial decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, & systems.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
About You
- Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA), preferably from a FMCG related environment
- Strong background in financial control, and operational finance.
- Ideally prior people management experience, able to lead and develop your team.
- Confident communicator and trusted business partner.
