The Role

We are seeking a full-time Production worker to join our production team. This position involves a 38-hour work week and will see you working across a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks to support the timely delivery of Vulcanic TEE products. No prior industry experience is necessary — we provide full on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general factory labouring and production tasks
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment (training provided)
  • Assist with assembly, packing, and dispatch of products
  • Work to production schedules to meet required due dates
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance as required
  • Always follow company safety procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business
