About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Automotive Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

As an Apprentice, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced mechanics on a variety of vehicles.

• Learn essential mechanical skills, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

• Develop a strong understanding of Ford safety systems, processes, and procedures.

• Participate in a structured apprenticeship program, receiving formal training and mentorship.

• Work in a collaborative environment, learning from experienced technicians and contributing your own skills and ideas.

• Be part of a team that supports the cutting-edge testing and development of vehicles.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has a passion for cars and a desire to learn.

• Is eager to work with their hands and solve problems.

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new things.

• Is committed to safety and following procedures.

• Is confident in their abilities and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
