International Manager

About the role:

Lead the way as International Manager - Operations at Box Hill Institute This role puts you at the heart of shaping our international strategy - leading impactful projects, driving transnational programs, and creating exceptional experiences for students across borders. While primarily campus-based, you'll also enjoy opportunities for international travel to build partnerships and support program delivery, adding variety and a dynamic edge to your work.

• Coordinate and implement international delivery activities, including short-term projects such as global study tours, teacher training, and international industry training.
• Ensure compliance with TEQSA, ASQA, ESOS Act 2000, National Code of Practice 2018, and other legislative requirements.
• Drive transnational programs and global mobility initiatives for students, ensuring integration between onshore and offshore cohorts.
• Build strong partnerships with internal academic teams and global collaborators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Support financial and operational management, including budget monitoring and reporting.
• Influence strategy and senior leaders with fresh ideas and insights.
• Inspire and empower your team to foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing culture.

Attractive salary plus superannuation. This role is full-time, ongoing position, based at our Elgar campus in Box Hill.

About you:

• You're an experienced professional with a strong background in international operations and a passion for delivering high-quality education programs. You bring:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in global program delivery.
• Proven ability to manage international projects and transnational programs from planning through to execution.
• Strong financial and operational management skills, with a track record of delivering results efficiently.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build partnerships across cultures and geographies.
• Leadership capability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and contribute to organisational growth.
• Victorian Working with Children Check.
• National Police Check clearance.
