Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

  • Craft and execute tailored marketing plans across multiple business divisions — think omni-channel brilliance with measurable results.

  • Design and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns that make the right talent say, "That's the job for me"

  • Dive into market and competitor research, BD proposals, and event support that helps sales soar.

  • Own and optimise marketing collateral — from eye-catching expos to slick digital ads.

  • Tap into data analytics to tweak, tune, and triumph over trends.

  • Engage, align, and collaborate with stakeholders across the board — from the boardroom to the job site

What You Bring to the Campaign:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or similar — and 5 years of real-world wins to prove it.

  • Experience in the mining and construction industry is desirable

  • Creative flair meets operational excellence — you can spin big ideas while juggling timelines and deliverables like a pro.

  • Top-notch comms and influencing skills — you're a natural collaborator and smooth negotiator.

  • Digital-first mindset — If SEO, SEM, PPC, and eComm are your playgrounds, you're in the right spot.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite — your toolbox is stocked and ready.
