Your Role:

In this pivotal position, you'll harness your insurance broking expertise to manage a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients. Your expertise will guide them through their risk management and risk transfer needs, ensuring they receive the tailored support and advice they deserve.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing an existing portfolio of mid-market and corporate accounts with a focus on strategic account management.

• Assisting with onboarding of new business accounts alongside the CEO.

• Negotiating effectively with insurers to secure the best outcomes for our clients.

• Account administration, report writing, client claims support and debtor control with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

Your critical thinking abilities will be vital in interpreting complex insurance needs and recommending optimal risk transfer solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of General Insurance Broking experience

• Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) (preferred and/or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP and insurer underwriting portals

• Proven experience and technical knowledge to advise on a broad range of commercial insurance products

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

• Remuneration up to $140k based on experience

• Full-Time, office-based with hybrid working conditions available on negotiation (performance-based)
