Baby Makes 3 Workshop – Casual Group Facilitators Required

Our Family and community Services team plan, develop and deliver a diverse range of support services to the community including parenting support. Baby makes 3 is an evidence-based social change initiative which supports families to thrive. The workshops use a group work approach, where facilitators present information and guide participants through discussions and activities relevant to new parents.

We are currently seeking to recruit and train experienced facilitators who must successfully complete a 2 day training course prior to delivery of the workshops.

These positions are being offered on a casual basis and hours of work may include evenings and weekends.

To become a part of our supportive and friendly team, you will have:

  • Previous experience in facilitating group workshops
  • An understanding of gender equity
  • Availability to attend a 2-day training course in October, and 3 x 90 minute community of practice meetings
  • A Current National Police Clearance
