**Overview**

This is 12 months fixed term contract position.

This role will be responsible for process mapping before and after the ERP Implementation.

Capturing all notes/ actions from each of implementation step, also managing the action plan with the NetSuite team, to resolve any issues.

Managing the cutover plan for go live. Tasks/ key dates/ stock build with retailers/ comms to external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- NetSuite Change Management:

- Helping the teams to understand the impact of the ERP migration
- Carry out gap analysis between existing processes and the future processes defined in NetSuite (and integrated interfaces, such as WMS, B2B Portal, etc).
- Define the impact on associated tasks (in parallel with the ERP, e.g. updating files reports, data entry, extractions, etc), using future processes.
- Implementation of PMO principles:

- Designing and implementation of PMO standards and methods to ensure that the project is managed in a professional and structured manner
- Ongoing communication on the progress of the project (internal newsletter, etc.)
- Identifying training needs (Key Users and others)
- Managing the risks involved in this project (operational and human) - Risk analysis
- Analysis and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Stakeholder management - communicating with managers who are not directly in the NetSuite project team on organisational and system changes
- NetSuite ongoing project coordination tasks:

- Coordinate master data preparation and clean up from old system to new (customer, vendor, items, COA, employees and roles (SoD check) prices and discounts etc)
- Review of Business Requirements Document with onsite team and communicate comments to HQ
- Organise regular WMS specific meetings and workshops on site.
- IT tasks: supplier project meetings for all interfaces (e.g. parcel companies label printing, CRM, DEASDV, EDI, Shopify, D2C 3PL)
- IT purchases: scoping and buying hardware for WMS set up (PCs, scanners, printers)
- B2B portal build - supplier project meetings to build new B2B site for direct sales and all pick up requests for cylinder returns. Integrating sales rep catalogues for ordering POS material.
- Run a weekly on-site project team meeting for updates. Key Users assigned from each department/team.
- Weekly meetings with NetSuite central team to track action progress and issue resolution.
- Specific meetings with NetSuite consultants with relevant site team members (e.g. on promotions, discounts, Easy Scan)
- Testing and validation in sandbox of market specific developments.
- Validation (and corrections) of uploads of master data in production environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in NetSuite implementation is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and ability to follow strict onsite processes, instructions, and procedures.
- Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills.
- Knowledge of the distribution and disposal of classified data/documents/devices.
- Change management and user adoption experience, including training and e-learning design.
- Relevant Information Technology qualifications or experience
