We are seeking an experience and engaged Senior HR Manager to join our high performing Tax & Legal team on a permanent basis. We are open to candidates in Sydney or Melbourne, and we're seeking someone who is great at building relationships across all levels and passionate about creating a positive work experience for our people.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior HR Manager supporting our Business Tax practice within the Tax & Legal business unit, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to understand their needs and provide guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance.
Key responsibilities are broad and would range from talent engagement strategies, ER management, talent program leadership, remuneration and reward through to coaching leaders and other talent colleagues.
Whilst ownership of a portfolio is the primary responsibility, the role will also support the Talent Director in leading important initiatives across the practice, using clear plans and structured ways of working to help us stay focused, on track and delivering results.

You are someone with:
- 8+ years where you have supported senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor in a generalist HR capacity
- HR Business Partnering experience gained from a matrix organisation or larger scale employer
- Experience in a Professional Services, Customer, Digital, Tech industry ideal
- Experience in delivering talent programs across businesses, that require proactive planning, a high level of numeracy and attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Understanding of remuneration strategies and reviews; exposure to planning or budgeting for remuneration budgets
- Previous ER case management experience including performance and end to end investigations
- Strong capability on Excel
- Previous coaching/management experience
