Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential, as communication with our offshore team in China is required.
- Junior garment techs are encouraged to apply, exceptional potential will be considered.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge/experience in servicing local & international markets
- Excellent planning, organizing, and workload structuring skills in an autonomous fashion environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for high-quality finishes
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Firm understanding of the fashion industry and the critical path process.
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Spec Pack creation and management, ensuring accuracy and completeness for offshore suppliers. Experience in educating team members on Spec Pack requirements and best practices is essential.
- Collaborate with Design and Production Teams to conduct fit meetings and prepare comments for offshore suppliers.
- Review design sheets before handing to production, adding measurements as necessary.
- Coordinate fit meetings with designers, Garment Techs, and Fit models according to priority.
- Process all fit comments from 1st fit to final approval for production.
- Follow up on any queries or fit issues, promptly communicating with relevant departments.
- Respond promptly to queries from various factories.
- Check all TOP samples and communicate issues to the production team.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities within the business.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Pay: $55,637.95 – $111,827.94 per year
