Novo Shoes Group is a leading Australian retail group, specialising in women's fashion footwear. We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity at our Parramatta flagship store, where all positions are currently available

About the Role

As a team member at Novo Parramatta, you'll work alongside a passionate retail team to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
  • Providing high-level customer service
  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards
  • Managing and consolidating stock
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory management

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience in stock management
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A strong passion for fashion and customer service
  • Availability for either full-time (38 hours) or part-time (6+ hours per shift)
