The Engagement and Social Impact Advisor is a critical part of the small but mighty team at the heart of delivering partnerships and social impact programs across Queensland.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with your team of three, you'll be responsible for:

• engaging and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• handling all incoming enquiries as the first point of contact
• effectively using systems and processes for communication, reporting and documentation
• building positive working relationships through proactive, professional communication
• managing your own portfolio of programs and partnerships — ensuring outcomes, milestones and reporting requirements are met
• supporting the delivery of partnerships and social impact activities across the organisation
• team and program administration support including data management, analysis, reporting and documentation
• assisting with planning and delivering events, activities and community initiatives
• maintaining CRM data, ensuring high-quality, accurate information is recorded.

You will also have the opportunity to travel to communities across Queensland to see the impact of your work, first-hand.

You're a natural communicator, relationship builder and problem solver who is highly adaptable, analytical and enjoys seeing the big picture.

You're equally comfortable working with stakeholders as you are collating and analysing data and drafting reports and documentation.

You have at least 4 years' experience in a role focused on people and process outcomes.

You could be working in an engagement, stakeholder, communications, events or relationship  role in the government, philanthropic, charity or commercial sector. Whatever your background, we'd love you to bring:
