About this role...

Owing to client demands this highly reputable firm is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer, eg. 5yrs+ PQE who is passionate about their chosen field of expertise, to join their busy corporate commercial practice where you will become in pivotal team member. 

Your career will thrive here, responsible for assisting the firm's high quality, corporate private enterprise clients operating across varied industry sectors requiring assistance with a broad ranging commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters and no 2 days are likely to be the same 

Here you will be responsible for handling challenging and interesting commercial litigation matters such as: commercial property development, shareholder and director disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, intellectual property, employment law, enforcement of securities, contractual disputes and complex debt recovery.

About you…

To be successful in this role it is envisaged you will be:-

  • a Lawyer with 5+ years' commercial litigation law experience;
  • commercially savvy & pragmatic;
  • dedicated and driven to achieve positive client solutions and results;
  • a great communicator (both written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail particularly in document preparation;
  • able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
