THE OPPORTUNITY
Lawsons is in an exciting period of growth - you will join a team embarking on a unique case management service to improve health outcomes for injured workers. You will be part of committed team who work with multiple stakeholders to maximise recovery outcomes.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of claims, engaging with claimants and their treating practitioners, delivering an experience that makes it easy for injured claimants to navigate their recovery.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively engage with injured workers and their treating practitioners to assess, plan and implement clinically justified treatment pathways in line with legislation.
- Analyse the environment and circumstances of each claim you work with to provide insights to our customers to improve ways of working that will deliver improved health and wellbeing outcomes for injured workers.
- Work closely with stakeholders, collaborating on treatment pathway options to maximise recovery outcomes in accordance with legislation, practice guidance and Lawson's policies and procedures.
- Multitask as required, pivoting into new lines of business for Lawson including claims management for new customers and return to work and claims/injury management for employers.
