MFB Products is a privately-owned business, and a key industry supplier of high quality sheet metal products and enclosures located in Wantirna, Victoria.

About the Job Role:

MFB are seeking a person to join their sales team in Melbourne as an internal role working with the Sales Manager and other Sales Representatives in a team environment.

On the job product training included.

The Job role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assist customers with quotes and orders on the phone and via e-mail
  • Order entry and follow up with customers and the MFB production team.
  • Generation and follow-up of quotes.
  • Liaise with other MFB departments regarding customer orders and shipments.

About the Person:

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Some experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Punctuality, reliability, efficiency and a sound work ethic is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possess the skills and initiative to generate new business.
  • Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
  • Willing to take direction.
  • Prepared to learn and grow with the company.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Attention to detail essential.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean & tidy working environment.
