**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively delegating tasks, coaching team members and offering ongoing support
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
- Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in the regular replenishment of stock
- Contribute to creating a positive working environment through effective communication and teamwork
- Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations within the department

**Skills and Experiences**:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and motivate team members
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries, late night trade, weekends and public holidays
