What The Day Will Look Like - Key Responsibilities

Your day will be busy adopting a client centric approach, which will be the key to your success

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposal and policy documentation in line with internal processes.
• Partner Stewardship Report preparation and data collection.
• Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders where required.
• Assist and action client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice.
• Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales, client on boarding process and the full policy lifecycle.
• Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Tier 1 accreditation
• Demonstrate basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products - including financial lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
