About the Role

The Senior Broker Support Assistant is instrumental in delivering high-quality finance applications lodged by IFA and in delivering an exceptional client experience by efficiently supporting all stages of the loan process, from initial enquiry through to post-settlement activities.

The role works closely with Finance Brokers, other support staff, clients, lenders, solicitors, and other key parties to ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient experience across the entire finance journey, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of IFA and the Infinite Group of Companies.

Key responsibilities include;


• Perform data entry and application management using platforms such as Flex, Broker Engine, and Apply Online;


• Managing MIRs, valuations, pricing requests, credit reports, and conditional/unconditional approvals;


• Ensuring quality and compliance of all finance submissions per NCCP standards;


• Processing formal loan documentation, including Letters of Offer, Mortgage Documents, and Disbursement Forms;


• Coordinating settlements with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, builders, and land agents;


• Liaising with client solicitors to confirm documents are signed and returned;


• Ensuring client contribution funds are confirmed and available prior to settlement;


• Identifying and resolving potential issues that may delay approval or settlement;


• Managing construction loan progress payments with clients and builders;


• Support and guide clients through each phase of the loan process to ensure a smooth experience;


• Suggest improvements to processes that enhance efficiency and service quality; and


• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and complete any additional duties as reasonably required.

About you;

We are looking for someone with advanced customer service and communication skills, strong data entry and document handling skills, and attention to detail. The candidate should also be able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). Previous experience in mortgage Broking or financial services is highly desirable.
