Role Description

This full-time, on-site DFV Clinical Team Leader role is based in Rockhampton, QLD. The Team Leader will oversee clinical operations, providing leadership to the Domestic and Family Violence response team. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring high-quality client care.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Team Leadership, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Operations in domestic and family violence response services
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or a related field (required)
  • Knowledge of the domestic and family violence sector and cultural competency (preferred)
