As a Clinical Academic within our School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences, you'll be based at the Rockhampton Health Clinic, helping shape the next generation of Allied Health Assistants through high-quality clinical education. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll support both student learning and the broader operations of the CQUniversity Health Clinic.

Position Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Health Science – CB66) plus relevant industry experience.
  • Familiar with University standards and academic writing, including how to research, write and reference assignments.
  • Detailed knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example FinanceOne, Moodle, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate University students.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education (desirable).
