Our Client
One of Perth's pipeline powerhouses – with a significant pipeline of projects in planning and construction. From their central location, they're reshaping Western Australia's urban landscape through their residential developments that set new benchmarks.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a pivotal role managing multiple major projects simultaneously across their full lifecycle. You'll own everything from site acquisition through to settlement – feasibility, funding negotiations, authority approvals, builder procurement, sales strategy, and completion.
With their pipeline, you'll gain more experience in 2 years than most developers see in 5. You'll work across projects in various stages – some breaking ground, others navigating planning, and new opportunities constantly emerging.
What Sets This Apart
Unmatched Project Exposure:
Direct involvement in Perth's most significant developments, managing multiple $50M+ projects
True Ownership:
Ultimate accountability for project feasibility, sales performance and delivery outcomes
Fast-Track Growth:
Rapid skill development through high-velocity decision-making and diverse project challenges
Direct Impact:
Work closely with directors and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
Generous Package:
competitive salary recognising the scope and complexity of this role
Your Profile
You're a seasoned development professional who sees pressure as fuel for performance. Your track record shows progressive responsibility across multiple large-scale projects. You understand that excellence in property development demands both strategic thinking and relentless attention to detail.
Critical attributes:
- Proven experience leading medium-to-large built form projects through full development cycle
- Deep relationships across Perth's development ecosystem – consultants, builders, agents, financiers
- Financial acumen to manage complex feasibilities and funding structures
- Natural ability to influence stakeholders from site vendors to state government
- Resilience to navigate competing priorities and drive outcomes when others might falter
The Reality
Let's be direct – this organisation operates at an intense pace. They're building something extraordinary, and that requires extraordinary commitment. If you're seeking work-life balance or a cruisy corporate role, this isn't it. But if you're hungry to accelerate your career, work on projects that matter, and prove yourself among Perth's development elite, we should talk.
