Launch your commercial property career with JLL's leading Tenant Representation team We're seeking a bright, analytical graduate to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial leasing advisory.What You'll Do:Support high-profile client relationships through market research, financial analysis, and transaction executionAttend client meetings and provide critical analytical support to senior team membersDevelop compelling new business proposals, presentations, and financial models including cash flow projections and lease comparisonsCreate and maintain at least 2 new case studies per quarter to build our digital library with verified data and standardised formattingConduct comprehensive market research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities across AustraliaPrepare high-quality reports, benchmarking studies, and market commentary to professional standardsMaintain accurate client records and transaction details in MarketLink databaseWhat We're Looking For:Recent Property or related degree graduate with strong academic performanceExceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models in ExcelOutstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactionSelf-starter mentality with initiative to identify business improvement opportunitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)Strong organisational skills and ability to work both autonomously and collaborativelyWhy Start Your Career Here?
