The Opportunity

We're looking for a mid-level Business Development Manager
with experience in cybersecurity or compliance consulting to help grow our client base and build strategic relationships across the region. This is a remote role with travel required across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity and GRC space
  • Promote ISC's consulting services, including:
  • ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS compliance
  • Internal audits and gap assessments
  • Policy, procedure, and control design
  • Implementation support and advisory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Represent ISC at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within cybersecurity, GRC, or IT consulting
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine interest in cybersecurity and compliance
