Whether it's sport, creative expression, volunteering, or shared experiences, our focus is on building purpose, connection, and participation.

We're looking for a Social Inclusion Lead to join our established, high-performing team, a group with a terrific culture, strong values, and a shared commitment to making inclusion real.

About the role

As a Social Inclusion Lead, you'll take a hands-on leadership role, blending direct involvement in day-to-day supports with coaching and mentoring your team. You'll oversee inclusive day programs that blend centre and community experiences, using local venues, spaces, and events to make sure people are visible, valued, and connected.

Key responsibilities include:

· Leading, coaching, and mentoring frontline team members.

· Working alongside your team to model best practice and deliver high-quality, person-centered supports.

· Designing inclusive programs that connect with local venues, community activities, and events.

· Building partnerships with community groups, sporting clubs, and local organisations.

· Promoting safe, trauma-informed, and child-safe practices.

· Fostering continuous improvement and team growth.

What you'll bring

· Leadership experience in the disability, community, or human services sector.

· Strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and participant rights.

· Demonstrated commitment to the Child Safe Standards.

· Proven ability to coach and mentor teams using a person-centered, strengths-based approach.

· Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

· Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or Leadership and Management (Cert IV or higher).

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence, and First Aid/CPR.

· Experience building inclusive community partnerships.
