What's the role?
As the Assistant Venue Manager at our Zone Bowling/Timezone Clayton venue, you'll be the right hand to the Venue Manager and a key player in the success of our venue You'll lead with purpose, be a role model, support your team, & help create a space where guests come to play, celebrate, and make memories
You'll:
- Support day-to-day operations across a multi-faceted entertainment venue
- Lead and motivate a passionate team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with every interaction
- Help manage bookings, business performance, and team development
- Be a culture champion, living our values every day
Who are you?
You're someone who:
- Has leadership experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment venues
- Thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Builds strong relationships with guests and team members alike
- Learns quickly and understands the business side of venue management
