Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the technology sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and attract top talent using a variety of sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for various roles.
  • Provide tailored advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Prepare job advertisements and manage applications effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant recruitment policies and procedures.
