We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and proactive Sales and Reservations Consultant to join our team. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving results.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Respond to phone, email, and website enquiries for individual, group, and extended stay reservations.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and secure bookings for short-term and long-term stays.
  • Manage reservations through our booking systems and maintain account intelligence in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Coordinate rooming lists, special requests, and booking requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, and clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services to maximize revenue.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Sales-focused with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in accommodation, travel, or tourism industries is highly regarded (but not essential).
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
