Speech Pathologist | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid Role – Clarkson, WA

We're on the lookout for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our warm, family-friendly team at So to Speak in Clarkson

This is a hybrid role — a mix of in-clinic, community, and telehealth work — supporting children (18 months to 18 years) in communication and developmental goals.

We're a small, close-knit team of speechies and allied health professionals who genuinely care about each other and our clients. Wellness is a big deal here — we offer wellness days, flexible hours, and a low-pressure environment (no high KPIs).

What you'll do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for children with communication needs
  • Work closely with families, schools, and NDIS providers
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun team

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology
  • Membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Australian work rights
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a love of connection
