Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, operate, and maintain irrigation and drainage systems on the heap leach pads
  • Monitor and operate copper heap leach process equipment
  • Harvest copper cathodes in the electrowinning plant
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant equipment
  • Monitor process parameters to ensure production targets are met
  • Work collaboratively with the team to optimise plant performance
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
About You:
  • Able to work on a 14/14 FIFO roster
  • No prior experience required – full training provided
  • A forklift ticket is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in an outdoor environment
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and adaptable to remote work conditions
