Summary of the Role / Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Manage Director scheduling and organisation
  • Liaising with the design team and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Greet clients and VIPs at Sydney Design Gallery
  • Ensure Design Gallery is immaculate at all times
  • Present well, immaculate, sleek and tailored– a representation of the luxury brand
  • Manage client expectations on deadlines, responses to requests etc
