ARA - With over 50 locations across Australia and New Zealand, the ARA Group supports infrastructure and facilities with essential services. We employ approximately 3,000 people across four operating divisions: Fire & Security, Building, Electrical, Property Services, and Products. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

ARA Manufacturing Victoria

Full-time, 38 hours per week

Location: 24-30 Halsey Road, Airport West VIC 3042

Salary: $90,000.00 per annum + superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the organisation through the deployment of quality systems and certification processes.
  • Assist in identifying relevant formal standards and regulatory codes applicable to the business.
  • Document processes and operating procedures in line with compliance and best practice.
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in system reviews and quality audits, assisting staff to identify improvements in systems, processes and workflows.
  • Implement statistical methodologies and quality tools to monitor and control quality.
  • Contribute to reports on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
  • Support the development of objectives, strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction and optimise resource use.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure goods meet required manufacturing specifications.
  • Liaise with customers to monitor quality and timeliness of service delivery.
  • Advise on and deliver training to support quality programs and organisational objectives.

Qualifications of a Quality Assurance Manager

  • Qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field
