What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing in-home physiotherapy to clients in your area.
- Conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy.
- Helping clients achieve functional independence and improved quality of life.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Using evidence-based practice to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Remuneration & Benefits:
We offer flexible and rewarding remuneration structures tailored to your work preferences:
- Full-Time & Part-Time Team Members
- Salary based on hourly rate + travel allowance + super + PD allowance.
Opportunity to earn generous and achievable performance bonuses.
Casual Team Members
Option to be paid sessionally per client (fixed rate inclusive of loadings & super).
- OR rostered for shifts ( with remuneration being based on hourly rate, plus loading, plus travel/admin allowance, plus super.)
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
AHPRA Registration (Full, Unrestricted).
Minimum 2 years' experience (orthopaedic experience highly valued).
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle. National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Professional Indemnity Insurance. First Aid & CPR Certification. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Passion for providing patient-centered, community-based care.
