LBL Plumbing are on the hunt for fulltime, qualified plumbers and civil plumbers

We are a well-established plumbing company delivering a mix of civil infrastructure projects and domestic services. On the civil side, we work with government authorities on high-risk water, sewer, and drainage works across metro and regional Victoria. Locally, we also support builders and developers in Ballan and surrounding areas with new homes, extensions, and general plumbing works.

Our business continues to grow with steady contracts, repeat builder clients, and a strong focus on safety and quality, we're expanding our team and are on the lookout for Qualified Plumbers and Civil Plumbers who want secure, long-term work with great conditions.

We're looking for plumbers who can hit the ground running on a variety of projects, including:

  • Installation and maintenance of water and sewer infrastructure
  • Drainage, civil, and commercial plumbing works
  • Domestic plumbing for new builds, extensions, and general works
  • Operating plant/equipment (excavators, boring gear, CCTV, jetting units)
  • Reading/interpreting plans, permits, and work orders
  • Completing safety paperwork and compliance documents (SWMS, permits, daily logs)
  • Working as part of a team and independently to deliver high-quality results

What we need from you:

  • Trade-qualified Plumber (Cert III Plumbing or equivalent)
  • White Card + current driver's licence
  • Civil experience (sewer/water/drainage) – highly regarded
  • Domestic/new build plumbing experience (advantageous)
  • Confined Space Entry / Working at Heights tickets (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excavator/plant VOCs or willingness to train (advantageous)
  • Safety-first mindset and good communication skills
