S&R Engineering and Construction is a growing, medium civil engineering construction business that works on civil and water infrastructure projects across Victoria and Southern NSW.

S&R Engineering and Construction are currently seeking Poly Welders with civil experience in pipe laying and butt/electrofusion welding for water infrastructure projects located in regional Victoria and Southern NSW.

This is your opportunity to join our strong team of enthusiastic people who have high levels of autonomy, a diverse range of skills and responsibilities, and great opportunities for progression.

Working on major infrastructure projects around Regional Victoria and Southern NSW within teams of 3-15 people. Projects include Pipelines, Earthworks, Concrete Works, Sewer, Water & Irrigation Works.

Immediate start is available, and you must be willing to work on projects that involve travel and living away.

Monday to Friday, day shifts as standard.

Applicants must have:

  • Construction Induction Card
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current Butt welding and Electrofusion welding accreditation and experience
  • Civil construction or water infrastructure experience

The following will be highly regarded:

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Experience with McElroy Tracstar or Worldpoly welding machine
  • ESV spotter
  • HR licence
  • Traffic Control
  • First Aid
  • Working Safely at heights
  • Confined space
