About The Role
A new opportunity has become available for a professional Human Resources Business Partner to join a highly respected University in North Sydney. The role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources Management and is to begin immediately until the end of the year.

About You
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably within Higher Education, with a broad expertise across the end-to-end employment lifecycle. Someone who is proficient in workforce management practices and has a solid understanding of the Australian regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the 3 other HRBP's to support the functionality of the department.
  • Provide HR guidance across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Provide workforce data analysis to understand patterns, trends and emerging needs.
  • Supporting the delivery of People & Culture initiatives and projects.
  • Performance and behavioral management.
  • Develop strong relationships within internal and external teams.
