About the role

The role of the Learn to Swim Team Leader is to assist the Inner West Aquatics Team in the planning, delivery and evaluation of all aquatics
programs. The Learn to Swim Team Leader will oversee all swimming programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations with a high level of customer service to the centre's users.

Remuneration

$91, $102, % Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications 

  1. AUSTSWIM, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia - Teacher Swimming and Water Safety Licence or equivalent.
  2. Current Resuscitation Certificate.
  3. Planning and organising skills, ideally swim programming.
  4. Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
  5. Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
