RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) is seeking motivated Trades Assistants to join our Remedial Maintenance Team at ALCOA Wagerup in the South West of WA.

About the Role

As a Trades Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, assisting with painting, blasting, and general maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role where you can develop skills and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist qualified tradespeople with painting, blasting, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Support construction and civil works on-site.
  • Learn and develop painting and blasting techniques under guidance.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine interest in painting, blasting, or maintenance work.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
  • Reliable, positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening.

Certificates and Licences:

  • Work at Heights (or willingness to obtain)
  • Confined Space (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Driver's Licence
