The Opportunity:

Western Sydney LHD is offering psychiatry registrars the chance to enhance their training while working in specialised units.

You'll gain unique exposure to perinatal or adolescent mental health, backed by strong consultant support.

With capped after-hours, this role strikes the balance between income, training and lifestyle.

Clinical Environment - What You'll Gain:

  • Monday to Friday (day):

  • Limited after-hours: Maximum 4 after-hour shifts (including overnight) per month

Eligibility Criteria:

  • AHPRA General Registration
  • Psychiatry Registrar (Stage 2 training desirable)
  • NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to complete local credentialing and onboarding

What's Provided:

  • Competitive locum rate of $150/hour
  • Flexible locum period ASAP - November 2025
  • Full credentialing and logistics support from our dedicated team
