We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Change Management & Stakeholder Support Officer/Consultant to help drive engagement and smooth adoption for our major project in the mining industry.

About the Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of change management and stakeholder engagement activities across projects.
  • Assist with the development of communication materials, briefing packs, and engagement plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Track issues, risks, and stakeholder feedback to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide hands-on support to project team to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the change process.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience in change support, stakeholder engagement, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in database management.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a genuine interest in helping people through change.
  • Mining industry experience highly desired
