Change Manager - ICT Projects Contract until August 2025 Contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager, with expertise in managing change within large ICT projects, to drive digital transformation through change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.
What You Will Do : Lead change management for complex ICT projects, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and structures.
Develop and deliver targeted training programs to support new systems and technologies.
Manage the people side of change, ensuring consistency with the company's OCM Framework for business processes, systems, technology, roles, and structure changes.
Ensure change initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project objectives to maximize benefits, ROI, and outcomes.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to identify impacted stakeholders and tailor change activities accordingly.
What You Need to Apply for This Role : At least 3 years of experience managing change in large ICT projects.
Experience in training needs analysis, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions.
Strong understanding and practical application of OCM frameworks such as PROSCI, CMI, or CMBo K.
Proven ability to collaborate with ICT project teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to achieve project outcomes and integrate change activities within timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, encourage participation, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
