The Roles

Affiliate Marketing Executive

Perfect for someone with
2+ years' experience
in affiliate marketing or performance media, ideally within ecommerce. You'll be hands-on with:

  • Setting up and optimising affiliate campaigns (Commission Factory, Rakuten, Impact).
  • Managing publisher and partner relationships (cashback, voucher, loyalty, content sites).
  • Delivering weekly/monthly reporting and insights.
  • Supporting client communications and campaign planning.

This role suits someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career in performance-driven affiliate marketing.

Affiliate Marketing Manager

Ideal for someone with
3–5 years' experience
, confident leading client accounts and driving strategy. You'll be:

  • Managing end-to-end affiliate programs across platforms.
  • Negotiating with partners and optimising tiered CPA structures.
  • Reporting on campaign ROI and recommending new growth opportunities.
  • Leading client meetings, aligning campaigns with their promotions calendar.
  • Staying across competitor activity and best practices in affiliate partnerships.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, client-facing work, and shaping affiliate strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with affiliate platforms (Commission Factory, Impact, Rakuten).
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, reporting dashboards).
  • A background in ecommerce or performance marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • For the Manager role: proven client account management and strategic planning experience.
