ASC is a Market Leading Supplier of Industrial Sweepers and Scrubbers.
We have an exciting position available at our VIC Warehouse in Sunshine West for an Experienced Service Technician In House and Mobile.
The role is best suited to a self-starter, working independently and part of a team to fix and solve mechanical problems. While the majority of the servicing is quite basic some involves replacing seal kits on hydraulic motors, engine work and electrical testing of modules. Training and Service van are provided.
The job is an interesting role for the right candidate looking for a long tenure.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Attending service calls
- Ensure all repair information and part usage is documented daily
- Provide technical support and training where required
- Provide exceptional customers service
- Maintain order and cleanliness of van and monitor stock levels
- Ensure all WHS policies and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times
The successful applicant will have the following skills, and attributes:
- Mechanical & 12Volt Electrical Skills
- Previous experience with Hydraulic Motors (would be an advantage)
- A Valid Australian Driver's License
- Sound knowledge of written communication
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Forklift Licence (would be an advantage)
