Full-Time Bar and Gaming Manager

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bar and Gaming Manager to join our passionate team and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our club.

About the Role

As a bar and gaming manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue across a variety of shifts, ensuring compliance, quality service, and strong leadership are maintained at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires a confident and capable hospitality professional ready to support and lead staff while delivering a welcoming and safe environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily venue operations across bar, and gaming.
  • Lead, support, and motivate staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all liquor and gaming regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle patron inquiries.
  • Respond to incidents and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented venue at all times.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or hospitality management role within a licensed venue
  • Must hold current RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG for RGO certificates (NSW)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
