Lead the operational functions that keep our academic and student services running smoothly, with a strong focus on CRICOS compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee student and academic operations across the full lifecycle, from admissions to graduation
  • Manage enrolments, timetabling, examinations, results and graduation processes
  • Ensure compliance with TEQSA, the Higher Education Standards Framework, ESOS Act/National Code/CRICOS requirements
  • Oversee PRISMS processes, CoEs and statutory reporting
  • Maintain policies, procedures and operational checklists, keeping records accurate and audit-ready
  • Coordinate with academic leaders on calendars, progression and appeals
  • Monitor service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and drive process improvements
  • Lead campus operations coordination, schedules and student communications
  • Work with systems and data to support reporting and decision making

About You

  • Proven experience running operations in higher education or VET, higher education preferred
  • Practical understanding of TEQSA, the Higher Education Standards Framework, ESOS/National Code/CRICOS, with hands-on PRISMS use
  • Confident with student management systems, Meshed or similar
  • Strong judgement, organisational skills and follow-through
  • Clear communicator who can manage stakeholders and set expectations
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail
