About the Role: 
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Regional QLD, you will have full flexibility, ownership and will co-develop customer account strategies that will increase NHP's market share throughout Northern Queensland. 
This role will be based in either Townsville or Brisbane and will service predominantly MINING SECTOR CUSTOMERS in Mt Isa and surrounding areas. 
 With a proven understanding of the mining insudtry & key stakeholders, you will tap into the wider supportive resources within the business to develop effective strategies and customer proposals, focusing on END USERS. 
At the cornerstone of NHP's success, technical training and business support tools are high upon the agenda for personal & professional growth.  With a variety of expertly developed programs that are both internal and externally produced they position NHP as a market leader in the field of staff training.
Ideally you will have / be:  
- Demonstrated experience with Key Account Management and development
 - An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
 - Exceptional communicator with strong influencing & relationship building skills
 - Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
 - Effective time management & organizational skills
 - Experience using CRM tools
