About the role

As a Guest Experience Concierge at The Demo Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our valued guests have an exceptional stay. Working in a part-time capacity, you will be responsible for providing world-class hospitality and assisting guests with their every need, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. This role is based in our Broken Hill, NSW location.

What you'll be doing

  1. Warmly greeting and signing in guests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  2. Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  3. Making recommendations and arrangements for local attractions, dining, transportation and other guest activities
  4. Anticipating guest needs and proactively offering assistance
  5. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Club facilities, services and local area
  6. Handling guest complaints and concerns with care and discretion
  7. Contributing to a positive team environment and providing excellent customer service
  8. Support all areas of the Club, upholding our values in every interaction

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a concierge role, ideally in the hospitality industry
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure

  4. Proficient in using Club sign-in software and other technology

  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently

  6. Flexible with the ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
